I am new to this, what am I suppose to do when it says check your report for a virus? Why didn't it delete it?

I have checked "move to quarantee folder" and the final "unload all infected programs" After I run the scan I check again in a few hours and the same infected programs come up. What am I doing wrong?

may be you close or open some programs so the infection activate again so you should clean it by stop using pc during scan and if it come back try some free ona access anti virus or dr.web cure it!
