You need to set ClamWin's General Preferences, Infected Files Option To Remove or Quarantine. The default option comes set to Report Only. I suggest you set it to Quarantine because you don't want to remove a file if ClamWin has a "false positive" detecton that is not a real virus. Then do another scan with ClamWin, and it will Remove or Quarantine the files then.
This is porbably a real infection. USB worms are pretty common now. After this, you should set this preference back to Report Only and use Remove or Quarantine only after you have verified a file is actually infected by uploading it to Jotti or VirusTotal.
Regards,
