I quarantined this file:C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\.clamwin\quarantine\infected.Process.exe. It's my integrated audio Wave file. I need it back so I have sound again. How do I do this????

Hello,

Just go to the .clamwin/quarantine folder, remove the infected. prexif from filename and move it the its original position (in the scan log you should be able to find where it was located originally). Unfortunately Clamwin has no automatic restore function of possibily infected files therefore you have to move the files manylly.
To avoid such kind of troubles I recommend to set Clamwin Preferences to 'Report Only' option so you can decide about a suspect file before taking any action by default.

Regards,
Antonio
