Iam looking for a batch file only to scan and report

Hi,
Giving the fact that clamwin does implement a real time scanner, I was thinking about running from the task manager. So every few days a clamscan runs on the machine and checks if there is a virus, if then report to the user.
Has anyone have anything similar?

nice one, sending emails was more that what I was looking for, but it is a good start
