are there any ways to distribute custom signature data files (such as custom.ndb - not main.cvd or daily.cvd) from local server to computers that using clamwin? because sometimes i need to distribute custom signatures and i have many computers in our local network, it will be a hard task for us if we have to do it manually one by one...

clamwin will only download main.cvd and daily.cvd. What you may do is setup a task scheduler job on every workstation whoch would use wget or plain copy from a network share to pull all files from the server.
