The general preferences of ClamWin has a block that tells you the location of ClamWin's quarantine folder. In Windows XP, it is at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\.clamwin\quarantine. You can go there using Windows Explorer and manually delete it by right clicking on the file and selecting delete.
First, however, just to make sure it is not a false positive detection (especially in Windows-related files), you might want to upload the file to Jotti at https://virusscan.jotti.org/ on the web and have them scan it for you with 20 antivirus programs. If several others besides Clam also spot a virus, it probably is, and you can safely delete it from your computer (restore from backup if it was an important file).
If Clam is the only AV on Jotti saying it is infected, it is probably a false positive. For false positives, go to the Clam submission page at https://cgi.clamav.net/sendvirus.cgi on the web, and fill out the form and upload the file. Be sure to check the false positive block, tell them the the actual name of the virus per ClamWin, and check the notify block if you want to be notified as to what Clam says about the file (you'll have to find it in a long list of stuff reported).
