virus scanner not removing file

i have clamwin installed on my server. The server is Windows 2003 Server and it is my pop3 email server. i have the clamwin configured to scan the files daily. This is the log: (domain names and user names changed to protect identity)

clamwin is set not to remove/quarantine mailbox files (rfc822), in order to prevent people's Inboxes from being removed. If you wan to use it on the mail server, then please use command line program clamscan.exe

these are pop3 .eml files. i do have pinjo running on the server, can i set it up there and if so, how?
