database.clamav.net is being resolved as 127.0.0.1 that is localhost

possible causes:
- your dns is redirecting queries to 127.0.0.1 (maybe a policy to deny access to some sites)
- you have database.clamav.net pointing to 127.0.0.1 in your host file (c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts)

try my dnschecker util and see what it says:
