Last night, I started receiving messages every 10 minutes that clamdscan and clamd stopped working. Therefore I assumed the program was corrupt somehow and uninstalled it, hoping that would fix the problem and then I'd reinstall.

Well the uninstall did not cure the error messages. I've run two different registry scans with no findings. I've ran Spybot and AdAware with no luck.

What other options do I have to get rid of this annoying message every 10 minutes?

clamdscan and clamd are not part of ClamWin. You need to contact package maintainer for the software you had installed (which is not clamwin).
