So with an other computer, I downloaded again the file "Firebird-2.1.0.17798_0_Win32.exe", and compare it (binary compare) with the file where ClamAV found Trojan.Fakealert.SpywareIsolator, and it's exactly the same file, so I think the file is clean and the ClamAV alert is a false positive...
