Whenever I run a scan it always gives me a report that reads completed, this is of course without ever scanning. It is strange because the first few times I used this product it worked. Please help!!!!!!!!!!

Just a warning, if you install cygwin which uses cygwin1.dll, you'll break the installation.

Rather than just overwite the cygwin1.dll as suggested in the FAQ, rename it.

Then if you need to use that software you can restore it.

For example, I hacked my cygwin.bat script to read as follows:

chdir E:\Programs\cygwin\bin

copy E:\Programs\cygwin\bin\cygwin1a.dll E:\Programs\cygwin\bin\cygwin1.dll
