It is the GOM Player uninstaller utility.
Previous versions of GOM player used to have adware, recent versions still sport the same uninstaller utility, and reports a unrelated false positive.
This false positive is only reported by ClamAV. (tested on VirusTotal)

Upoload a copy of the file to ClamAv at https://cgi.clamav.net/sendvirus.cgi and tell them it is a false positive. They should change their signature.
