Does there exist any kind of roadmap on the way to version 1.0 with feature plans and time estimates for next releases?

Sadly there isn't. Developers work on ClamWin whenever they have some free time and feel like doing it.

Here is my comment - as an average user just like yourself: In addition to the free time available to the ClamWin development team, ClamWin development is also driven by ClamAV development, since ClamAV provides the antivirus engine/signature database for ClamWin. Both ClamWin and ClamAV are at version 0.92 now, although ClamAV is slightly ahead at version 0.92.1, and ClamWin is at version 0.92. When ClamAV approaches version 1.0, it is my hope that ClamWin will not be too far behind.
If you have programming skills, contact the ClamWin team, and perhaps you can help them speed up development.
