You can verify a false positive by uploading the file in question to Jotti at: https://virusscan.jotti.org/ on the Web. They will provide a free scan/report from about 20 scanners, including Clam. If more than a couple of scanners find malware, it's probably not a false positive. If so, then upload a copy of the file to Clam AV at https://cgi.clamav.net/sendvirus.cgi on the Web, tell them about it, and they will change the signature i the database that ClamWin uses. Lately they've had some false positives in a couple of Windows system files--you don't want to Quarantine them.
