Outlook add-in won't load - "Not loaded. A runtime err

Configuration: ClamWin 0.92 on Windows XP, Office 2007

Trust Center -> Add-Ins -> COM Add-Ins

"ClamWin Antivirus" shows as a "disabled add-in"

"Not loaded. A runtime error occurred during the loading of the COM Add-in."

Anyone has seen this?
