Hi Nanko,
I'm afraid nobody is specifically working on the website management at this moment. The plan was to upload the Joomla! CMS to the latest version before adding any more languages, because the current version doesn't support UTF-8 encoding.
This means (as far as I know) that you cannot translate the website before we find someone to do the upgrade (i'd do it myself, but i'm a complete moron when it comes to web-technology, so that wouldn't be a good idea).

I have try an easy way to translate sites at joomla cms. You can combine joomfish with gtranslate and you will have great result in any language. I have seen that gtranslate work in several platforms including Joomla.
