why this message appears when i scan my pc with clamwin antivirus "cant open file permission denied" can somebody help me regarding about my problem

This isn't usually a problem. Virus scanners can't open files that are in use when they are being scanned. Some files are also locked by the system--such as hiberfil.sys and pagefile.sys. If it's a Microsoft/system file, it's probably nothing to worry about. You can always do a Google search on a file name to see what it is.
