Hi,
Is this really a virus?
I found this in almost all of our office's PC and including my WinXP HOME original CD from Microsoft.

it's likely to be a false positive then. Please check the file on https://www.virustotal.com and submit the sample at https://cgi.clamav.net/sendvirus.cgi
