Win7 x64, Russia. I receive this 1020 error when trying to auto-update virus database in ClamWin. However, when using Tor Browser, i can get the files via links. I suggest the problem is with outdated security connection options on Win7, since the OS is no longer supported, but maybe it's something different.

Did this just recently start? ClamWin was last updated in June 2021. If the problem has existed since then, It may be due to something not considered by the developers during the ClamWin update.
I don't know if it will help, but set ClamWin to update upon logon or automatically and see if it updates. Clam AV is only updated once a day now. Other than that, I don't know what to tell you. I guess Microsoft could have done something on their end to prevent it when they dropped support for Win 7.
