Hey all i have just switch to ClamWin and i have a few request/questions

1. Online protection - when will this be added? because online protection is very important in an anti virus program and should be created ASAP.

2. The design - when will a new graphical interface be made? (The graphics is what makes a program look pro)

3. When scanning there should be something that tells you IF it has detected anything while you are scanning (this shouldn't be too hard)

This is a great idea in creating an open source Antivirus program, i hope that it grows and is able to compete with the other Antivirus packages out there.

to 3:
if you activate some more advanced options (see https://forums.clamwin.com/viewtopic.php?t=1163&highlight= here) you see more info - e.g. you see a red text like:
E:\test_file.exe: ClamAV-Test-File FOUND
but it might scroll down too fast (see the discussion in the last link)

and you can activate some sound with the --bell option

If the scanner finds something there is at least a message at the end of scanning (also in the system tray if you activate this in the options).
Also in the log file you can see a message:

How about you test this with the https://www.eicar.org/anti_virus_test_file.htm eicar test file on your own ? Help ClamWin get even better with your feedback.
