I keep receiving this report:
C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP: Trojan.KillCMOS FOUND
but there does not appear to be an option for deleting it?

try to remove that file manually in Windows Explorer. It looks lkie a memory dump which is created when Windows crashes and can contain any data from program memory which can be classified as a false positive by ClamWin
