If you don't want to download clamwin's virus database, you can install using the /MERGETASKS="!DownloadDB" argument. Or you could use /TASKS if you don't care for ClamWin's defaults (I do).
I couldn't find the above (my google-fu must be broken), so I'll drop the suggestion here; you might want to add it to the main site, right next to the silent installation FAQ. I do realize that the New! Shiny! Native! rewrite will use NSIS, but until it gets released that information would have saved me half an hour, I guess.
