I'm having a bear of a time upgrading to IE 8 and have had to uninstall it.
Before I try again are there any known compatibility issues with clamwin .95 and IE 8?

The latest ClamWin is version .95.1, and, as far as I know, IE 8 was released after that version was tested/released. With that said, however, I don't see why there should be any problems between the browser and ClamWin. There haven't been any yet. ClamWin is not a real-time/on-access scanner. It is an on-demand file scanner only, so that tends to limit some problems, I guess.
