I had the same problem. Also it incorrectly identified the file FileFormatConverters.exe infected with the W32.Virut.Gen.D-163 virus.
I did a number of online scans of the files and no infection was detected. I tried Norton, NOD32, Trend Micro, and Windows Defender. None of them detected those files as being infected.

This should be corrected soon, as Clam is aware of it. Submit a false positive to them if it's not corrected in 24 hours. In the meantime, don't quarantine infections until you verify them with Jotti/Virustotal.
