I guess this may not stop autorunnning files but at least it'll clean them for next time

Requirements:
Windows XP sP2
Clamwin (tested with 0.94)
USBVirusScan https://blog.didierstevens.com/programs/usbvirusscan/

Instructions:
1 - Place Start.bat in "All Users/Start Menu/Startup"
2 - Place USBVirusScan Folder in your Program Files Folder
3 - Edit Start.bat and have only this line in it:

"C:\Program Files\USBVirusScan\USBVirusScan.exe" -cie "C:\Program Files\ClamWin\bin\clamscan.exe" --keep-mbox --stdout --database="C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\.clamwin\db" --log="C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\.clamwin\log\ClamScanLog.txt" --exclude="[^\]*\.dbx$" --exclude="[^\]*\.tbb$" --exclude="[^\]*\.pst$" --exclude="[^\]*\.dat$" --exclude="[^\]*\.log$" --exclude="[^\]*\.evt$" --exclude="[^\]*\.nsf$" --exclude="[^\]*\.ntf$" --remove --exclude="[^\]*\.chm$" --quiet --recursive %%c:

Now everytime somebody logs in the USBVirusScan program starts and waits for USB Keys to clean!

what do you think about, alex?
maybe parsing autorun.inf if any and scanning the pointed program instead of full drive scan
