Are you using Clam Antivirus or ClamWin Antivirus? This is the ClamWin forum. At any rate, it looks like you have just detected a dump made during a scan, and it's not a real virus. I would delete it. Clam or ClamWin should delete it at some point.

Hello,

Quite the same happened to me some time ago. It is likely to be a temporary file created when a scan was interrupted. I remember my Avira Antivir spotted it as infected, but it was no alarm at all. I guess you can remove it.

Shocked I was using clamav win and it was in memory detected by clamav win and it was a real virus.I look for the file to delete it and it did not exist but the documents and settings folder had a new date stamp not constant. It had changed from the day before and was truly infected . Twisted Evil .I will say it again the file was not there even when I looked at the drive with Linux there was no file.I used windows to format the drive and it returned after install and had to do a destructive random read/write
test in linux then installed windows. It has not been back. P.S. netwatch detected communication with the outside world with nothing running turned it all off with administrator tools.

Here's a memory scanner designed to detect viruses that hide in memory. It doesn't do any about them, however--just informs you about it. It is the free Threat Expert Memory Scanner from PC Tools:
