What for virus-base uses ClamWin?
It's 3rd party base or its clamwin-developers ?

ClamWin uses the AV engine and signature database provided by Clam Antivirus, a general-purpose antivirus program (Open Source) used originally by Linux mail servers. Clam's is at https://www.clamav.net/ on the web. It was purchased by Sourcefire a year or so ago but is still available to the Open Source community.
