Where is the trojan located? If you are sure it is a virus, and not a false positive detection and if it is not in the Windows directory, set your ClamWin General Preferences for Infected Files to Quarantine or Remove, and it will be placed in ClamWin's quarantine folder or removed, depending upon what you select.
If ClamWin is already configured to quarantine or remove, try Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware program (MBAM) - there is a free version without real-time scanning available for download on their web site at https://www.malwarebytes.org/index.php on the web.
If neither works, Plan C is to access the ClamWin Anti-Malware page for some additional help listed there.
