I downloaded the latest version the other day and tried to install on an XP Home computer that I just acquired used.
Something that looked like a command prompt popped up momentarily.
That was it . it didn't install.
I am downloading again now on dial up might take awhile.
What could be the problem?
I see the computer has McAfee installed.

most likely the downloaded file is corrupt (interrupted download)
try clearing your browser cache and downloading again
|
