Hi,
I am recently looking for a subject for my paper, my research is Parallel and distributed computing, I find some material from network and found ClamWin, I am interest in parallelize ClamWin to make it support multi-core using SWARM (a parallel programming framework).
I need to make sure if ClamWin already support multi-core or not?
Would you please give me some suggestion?
Thanks

Phoebe, I'm not a techie and don't know if ClamWin supports multi core, but since no one has answered you in a day now, I'll try to help.
ClamWin is a port to Windows of the Clam Antivirus which runs on Linux and related systems. For the most part, ClamWin has the same capabilities as Clam, except in a few cases it has been "dumbed down" for Windows. So, if Clam AV supports multi-core, then ClamWin probably does also. My feeling is that it doesn't, but that's just a guess.
