Can you try please a debug build?
download this file
https://oss.netfarm.it/clamav/files/clamav-0.93.3-debug-win32.7z https://oss.netfarm.it/clamav/files/clamav-0.93.3-debug-win32.7z
unpack and copy the content in clamwin/bin directory
overwrite files but do not remove libclamav.dll libclamamunrar.dll and libclamunrar_iface.dll
they are needed by pyc.pyd that is needed by clamwin gui
debug versions of dll have "d" suffix so you will only overwrite executables |
Hello
Check above, this has worked for my Vista Home SP1 machine. As far as I remember scans were interrupted at some point during system32 folder scan. With the build above it worked again and scan was carried out compeltely.
p.s.-I would recommend to use also a resident scanner on your machine, since (by the moment) ClamWin is only an on demand scanner (no real time protection then). You can install any of the most common free AV's that are used for personal/non commercial use. Being on on demand tool clamwin will not conflict with one of them and you can run scans on your machine using both of them alternatively.

Antonio
