We are looking at another AV comparative test in December. We have been working very hard on detection rate, bug fixes, etc... We are submitting about 22,000 virus signatures to clamav that were missed during the testing and are working on a sample of many more. We also released a new version on November 8. However all versions are only US windows support so other OS languages may experience some problems.

We are scheduled to release another version this coming week that has buffer scanning to help with the scan times for large file sets as well as many more bug fixes and performance enhancements.

After much discussion with our engineers and also other members of the open source community we are also preparing to open source the pclmonitor code and spyware database so that it is available to everyone.
