False positive: FreeRIP?

Hi, please look at this excerpt from my logfile:

"C:\Programfiler\FreeRIP3\freerip3.exe: Trojan.Agent-24920 FOUND"

FreeRIP was downloaded via download.com. Is it possible they spread trojans, or is it a false positive?
