Do you have ClamWin's infected files preferences set to Remove or Quarantine? Also, are you using ClamWin with Outlook? It looks like all the detections in the first group were in the quarantine folder, that they were related to email, and that they were removed by ClamWin. The detections in the second group were also all related to email, but they were not removed. There are four infected files listed in the summary, so I'm assuming those were the four files in the second group. I suspect that these are really false positive detections and not a real infection. That's frequently the case when you have the same detection listed in multiple files. The files that are in that IE5 directory usually stay there. I don't think they are important, but they are hard to get rid of. I read something about removing them long ago, but I don't recall what I found out--do some Googling for "IE5 temporary internet file removal."
You might try a Disk Cleanup before a scan (Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, Disk Cleanup).
Regards,
