You will not find much beyond WinPooch that integrates with ClamWin. I believe Spyware Terminator comes with a version of Clam for Windows, but I don't know if will have the latest version, since Clam/ClamWin are frequently updated now. Version 0.93.1 is supposed to be out tomorrow.

I'm now using WinPatrol, which is free. It is a "security monitor" that monitors several critical areas of a computer, including startup programs, new services, active-x, Internet Explorer browser helpers, hidden files, and even cookies. The free version doesn't actually monitor in instantaneous real-time, but you can set it to monitor each tab/item anywhere from 1 minute to 30 minutes. If you select 1 minute, you get pretty close to real-time. I've used lots of "behavior blocking" software and this is the most unobtrusive one I've found.

I think ClamWin works well with a behavior blocker. Threatfire from PC-Tools also has a free version that monitors behavior in real-time, and it's pretty good, but it's a tad more obtrusive than WinPatrol.

Either WinPooch or Threatfire with a good real-time antispyware program (Windows Defender is free and pretty good) will provide you with pretty good security, although no security software is perfect.

ThreatFire has a built in PC Tools anti-virus for free now, which would supplement ClamWin nicely.
