Hi,
I just downloaded clamwin today and ran the scan for the first time. I got the following:
C:\Documents and Settings\<myusername>\My Documents\Downloads\clamwin-0.93-setup.exe: Trojan.Fakealert.SpywareIsolator FOUND
I did a search and found that the Trojan.FakeAlert.SpywareIsolator was just added to the rules today.

The download location was from the website, which redirected me to sourceforge. I found the url of the download I was directed to:

I am an competent user of ClamAV on Linux mail servers, but this is my first experience with the windows client.
