Can't Remove Trojan

I got the following 2 warnings. Can someone help me fix this?

from command prompt

attrib -h -r -s C:\I386\CTFMON.EX_:
del C:\I386\CTFMON.EX_:

attrib -h -r -s C:\I386\MSN6.EX_
del C:\I386\MSN6.EX_

if it does not work you may try with memory scan that should kill these infected processes

These are most likely false-positives. The signature "Trojan.Keylogger-443" does not exist in the most recently updated databases. Update your signatures and the problem should go away.
