is there a way to exclude files (not archive files) being scanned based on their size?

Can scanning a huge file cause >700MB memory consumption? (I experience that)

actually, it is for avoiding false positive especially for huge files...or is there a way to avoid false positive against certain virus signatures?

not in thi 0.xx version. It will be included in the 1.0 release
