As to my knowledge, you are the first to ask this question.
ClamWin is known to work on Windows 2003 32 and 64 bit, and on Vista. Changes are fairly good it will work on Windows Server 2008.
If you decide to try it (after all it is free and easy to install), please consider to share your experiences.
regards,
peter

Pardon me for replying to such an old topic, but I just wanted to chime in and say that it works (installs and scans fine) perfectly fine on my Server 2008 Standard. I'm using the 32 bit edition.

Using Clamwin with Windows Server 2008 Enterprise, 64-bit does not work. Errors abound and the product would not un-install properly. Would like to see support for this operating system and am willing to provide testing support if needed.
