it is a program that patches Yahoo! Messenger so that the user can run multiple instances of YM and log-in to different account simultaneously. according to VirusTotal ClamAV detects it as PUA.Packed.UPack-2 but ClamWin does not. here's the link from VirusTotal.

The PUA signature detection is a configurable option in ClamWin. Go to Configure options, Advanced tab, and select it.
The PUA is kind of agressive, so if you have some hacker tools (keyloggers, special packer, etc.), it might be spotted as malware. If you put the tool on your machine, that's okay, so you can exclude that file from ClamWin scans.
