Hi,

I'm setting-up a system for a friend. Installed ClamWin...told it to download updates. Almost four hours have passed--on a T1 line--it's still "updating." I take it this means something's wrong; dial-up users would be waiting days to download at this rate.

Any suggestions?

Did you notice any problems during the installation? Can you update other software programs without any problems? If you can't, it's not a problem with ClamWin. If other updates seem to be working, you might try a reinstall of ClamWin. First, however, check out the Frequently Asked Questions at the ClamWin website.
