Are you "the" maintainer of "the" libclamav for windows?

I'm the maintainer of the unofficial win32 port of clamav that is used in clamwin
the page for binaries tools/dll is here:
https://oss.netfarm.it/clamav/ https://oss.netfarm.it/clamav/

while sources are on clamwin's sourceforge svn repository
