I've been trying to think of some functonality specifically for Windows users that Clam will not address.

How about enabling ClamWin users to optionally set a system restore point before surfing the Web--or at least upon the first bootup on the computer each day? I'll bet many Windows users don't ever bother to set a restore point--relying upon the infrequent automatic Windows restore points. This would make it easier for them to do so.
