ClamWin doesn't perform any automatic virus removal. If you set ClamWin preferences to quarantine any virues it finds, you can go to the quarantine directory from Windows Explorer (it's listed in Preferences--File Locations) and remove it manually. If you don't have ClamWin preferences set to quarantine, you can look at the completed scan report to see where the infected file is and then go there and manually delete it.
You should upload a copy of any infected file to one of the online scanning services (Jotti, Virus Total or VirSCAN) and see if other scanners there find a virus. If at least a couple of other scanners besides Clam find it is infected, you can safely delete it from your computer. If they don't find it infected, it is probably a false positive, and you should send it to the virus analysts at Clam so they can check it out at https://www.clamav.org/sendvirus/ and change their signature.
If a virus has already infected your computer (not just lurking in a file), you may need help in getting rid of it because many of them have multiple infectors and are really tough to kill. There is a list of places where you can get help at https://www.malwarecomplaints.info/viewtopic.php?t=63&sid=dc1eaf765f2fe21ceb18a363e931159b .
