i have just scanned my computor and have found 612 viruses on it i quarantined them but how do i know which ones to delete and which ones not to ? also can clamwin clean the virus from the file ?

you can check them by uploading on https://www.virustotal.com/ https://www.virustotal.com/ but for 612 files is not a good idea, so just scan files that you are in doubt

ClamWin doesn't clean files. It will put files containing malware in the quarantine folder if you have set preferences for quarantine. You will then have to go to the quarantine folder and delete them. If you aren't using quarantine, go the the location of the file containing malware on your hard drive and delete it from there.
It's really very hard to complete clean up malware now because it frequently has multiple payloads and hooks into the operating system. The ClamAV developers have said they intend to add the functionality to clean OLE2 files at some point, but that is all--there's no idea when though.
If you find malware, be sure to disable System Restore until you're satisfied it's gone, and then re-enable it.
