Do a Windows search for files with pskav to find any files left behind after Panda was uninstalled and delete them. Evidently, they don't think "housekeeping" of such files is important.

The file contains codesnippets of various viruses, usually a vendor encrypts such snippets to avoid such false positives, panda is the only vendor i know that ships it in a plain way. Of course i could try to fix it - but in this particular case i choose the easy way and say: It's all their fault - they have malicous code in that file and ClamAV detects it. The code is not active in any way and the file is not malicious - still, it's in there.

Well, if you don't want the false positive file, then you can delete it.
