terminal (remote desktop - RDP) sessions and scheduled scan

Hi all,

I have a Windows 2000 terminal server and scheduled daily scans under the user Administrator. If I leave some terminal sessions opened on that machine under the user administrator, Clamwin will happily start in each one a scanner at the scheduled time. This of course brings the system to a crawl with two sessions already, not talking about 3-4...
No, I DON'T want to close those sessions down over night, I'm just expecting the scanner to figure out it's already running. Is there a setting that could help but I'm just mistakingly overlooking it?

Thank you very much,
M
