In my hard drive C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\.clamwin\quarantine, there are some infected files. Please tell me how to delete/remove them. Just Right click>Delete, then go to Recycle Bin and Right click>Delete again???.

no, holding "Shift" before deleting removes the file without copying it to "recycle bin"
