I'll give it a go. Have you recently made any changes to your system that might be responsible for the problem?
After you uninstalled ClamWin, did you download the latest version from the ClamWin web site? If not, then you might try that. If you still have problems, the only suggestion I have is to copy your clamwin conf file and post it here for someone more knowledgeable to look at to see if they can spot something. Regards, |

Hi,no my system is usually left alone ,cannot think if i have altered anything recently,i have pasted the config file below

Your log looks similar to mine, and I'm running okay. You didn't say whether or not you have downloaded and installed a "clean" copy of Clamwin instead of one you already had on your machine. A clean one might be best, if you haven't already done so. Otherwise, wait until one of the developers checks in.
If you are on the Web a lot, you need to use a resident scanner and keep ClamWin as a backup. Regards, |

Yep tried that becuse i wondered if it was a corruption problem, oh well i have bunged on AVG which is working well so i will use that until i find a solution
