Found this and can't get rid of it. Exploit.URLSpoof.gen
Clamwin says it is located in C:\Documents and Settings\Eric Sarratt\Local Settings\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\8sawo2c9.default\Cache\_CACHE_003_:Exploit.URLSpoof.gen FOUND
After deleting the cache for the entire folder (a few things wouldn't delete), ClamWin still says it's there. Ran updated Spybot and Ad-Aware x2 to no avail.
Thanks,
E

Nevermind, I figured it out. I have Window Washer installed. When I right clicked the file I was able to access its' "shred" function. That did it.

If you have Windows XP with System Restore, you may have a copy of the malware there if you have set a system restore point during the period that you had the malware. If you have, then you should turn off system restore, run another scan and, if all is well, set a new system restore point.
